Job Description:- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chairman and
Directors
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices,
reports
- Managing executive calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail
- Coordinating travel arrangements (applying for visa, booking tickets, and hotels) and
managing expense reports
- Assisting with meeting preparation and taking minutes during meetings.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing
basic bookkeeping
- Handling confidential information and maintaining confidentiality at all times
Handling other tasks and projects as assigned
Job Specification:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professionalism, including a positive attitude and strong work ethic
